The 952-video eligible public sample—880 TikToks and 72 YouTube videos from 44 accounts—shows two creator systems working together. The first is unusually explicit: LockedIn publishes a paid creator manual for Live Interview, Scripted Talking Head, and Be Creative videos, supplies scripts/examples/coaching, reviews a recreated test video, and requires accepted creators to repost across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook for full payment.
The second is the owned distribution spine: `@lockedin_ai` and CEO `@kagehiromitsuyami` repeatedly publish staged interview assets and premises, often within minutes of each other under different opening captions. Twenty near-simultaneous cross-account pairs make the re-hook/repost behavior directly checkable in this sample.
Product-visible mock interviews turn the live answer pane into the proof; looser creative posts borrow career anxiety, interview absurdity, dating, sports, and topical memes to earn the first watch before the product appears. YouTube adds a separate searchable layer of tutorials, comparisons, reviews, and coupon pages.
Thirteen sampled accounts expose a creator-specific partner URL, referral parameter, affiliate disclosure, or `#lockedinaipartner`; the official program proves that accepted work can be paid, but it does not prove payment for every observed post, so the remaining relationships stay unknown rather than being rounded up to paid.
