01

Acceptance

By accessing or using ViralAnatomy, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

02

What the service provides

ViralAnatomy is a creator-marketing research library and workspace. It organizes publicly observable posts, creator relationships, scripts, and performance signals into reusable marketing research. The library is curated and sampled; it is not an exhaustive census of every creator, post, campaign, or commercial relationship.

03

Accounts

You are responsible for access to your email or Google account and for activity under your ViralAnatomy account. Provide accurate information, use the service only if you can legally agree to these Terms, and notify us at ideamarketfit@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

04

Acceptable use

You may use ViralAnatomy for lawful research and business purposes. You may not:

  • break the law, infringe rights, harass people, or facilitate deceptive marketing;
  • probe, bypass, or interfere with access controls, security, rate limits, or the service;
  • use automated means to copy the library at scale without written permission;
  • resell, republish, or build a competing database from substantial portions of the service; or
  • misrepresent ViralAnatomy research as proof of a fact it does not establish.
05

Content and ownership

ViralAnatomy and its original analysis, interface, structure, and compiled research are owned by us or our licensors. Third-party names, posts, trademarks, and media remain the property of their respective owners. Links and excerpts identify public evidence; they do not imply endorsement.

You retain rights in information you submit. You give us permission to process it only as needed to operate and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

06

Research limits

Use the evidence, not the label alone.

Metrics change, public sources can disappear, and commercial relationships are often undisclosed. “Unknown” means we could not verify a relationship; it does not mean none exists.

The service is provided for informational purposes, not as legal, financial, employment, or investment advice. You are responsible for checking source material and deciding whether a strategy, creator, or claim is appropriate for your situation.

07

Changes, availability, and suspension

We may add, remove, or change features and research as the product develops. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties, or when these Terms are violated. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion by email.

08

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViralAnatomy is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, current, or suitable for a particular result. Nothing here excludes warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

09

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid ViralAnatomy for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or US $100 if you paid nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so those limits apply only where lawful.

10

Payment and refunds

Clink is our merchant of record and processes your payment. Card details are collected and held by Clink; ViralAnatomy never sees or stores your full card number. The price, billing period, and any renewal terms are shown before you pay.

You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing ideamarketfit@gmail.com. Include the email used at checkout so we can locate your receipt. This does not limit any refund rights required by law.

11

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them. Questions can be sent to ideamarketfit@gmail.com.
