She has worked in various industries, to include DoD, FAA, utilities, medical device, non-profit, and L&D. Kandis has a MS Degree in Project Management from The George Washington University and MBA in Human Resources. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and certified PMI PMP Certification Exam Bootcamp instructor.
