A separate public recruiting system undeniably offers creators $10 per accepted video plus view bonuses and asks them to post twice daily from new TikTok and Instagram accounts, but that mechanism does not identify these retained rows as paid.
The lone successful independent YouTube artifact is an organic Apex Verdict explainer whose opening disclosure denies affiliation and which keeps the product site visible. No play card clears the repo's three-post, two-creator repetition bar: the breakout covert-answer format belongs to one official account, while the independent reviewer runs a different script.
This is a stratified public sample, not a census; 35 YouTube metadata requests and six TikTok downloads remained inaccessible, and one unrelated car repost was excluded.
