Across 116 fully audited current posts, Headway behaves more like a self-growth publisher than a conventional app advertiser. Its verified 4.6M-follower Instagram account supplied 76 current Reels and its official TikTok supplied 39 accessible current videos; 110 keep product visibility at medium and only six show enough interface or explicit operation to rate high.
The creative mix is correspondingly native: 83 videos open with on-screen text, 91 make no CTA, and another 16 only credit the brand. Silent memes, questions about work or identity, and bite-sized lessons keep Headway associated with daily growth between the relatively rare product walkthroughs.
The small external layer explains how conversion can sit beside that attention engine. A Portuguese UGC creator's current microlearning post became the sample's most-viewed public video at 7.2K views and was recovered with its public captions; her portfolio independently names Headway as a past client, but the native post has no platform paid label, so the relationship remains `unknown`.
Current YouTube discovery found 12 exact review/comparison videos and three creators with trackable AppSumo links. Those videos were not canonicalized because the shared YouTube session hit a persistent bot gate at media retrieval, but the referral URLs still support creator-level `affiliate` evidence.
Headway's official Impact-managed program separately confirms unique links, monthly payouts, commissions and prior media review; that program-level receipt is not copied onto posts without a public code, link or disclosure. This is a current exact public sample rather than a census.
Three-round discovery covered 1,144 YouTube candidates, nine TikTok seed accounts and a logged-in enumeration of 292 Instagram entries. It excluded 104 current Instagram carousels/static posts, two videos over ten minutes and extensive unrelated `Headway` broker, therapy and textbook noise.
Nine TikToks stayed media-unavailable after one bounded recovery and 12 YouTube videos remained bot-gated. Instagram does not expose public Reel views to the anonymous metadata path, so the observed 18.7K video-view total is TikTok-only and must not be read as the reach of the full 116-post sample.
