Read the analyst's note — why this machine is built this way
This reviewed sample contains fourteen YouTube videos from fourteen external creators. Gizmo is presented as a workflow compressor: students paste a YouTube link, upload a PDF or notes, scan handwriting, or import an existing deck, then let AI generate flashcards and quizzes for active recall.
Tutorial publishers make that transformation tangible through Magic Import, deck editing, hints, explanations, spaced repetition, multiplayer challenges, streaks, and hearts. Comparison content positions Gizmo's automation and beginner-friendly interface against Anki's control and offline use; utility videos cover desktop installation and even a third-party extension that removes Gizmo's heart limit.
A teacher uses Gizmo live to turn a physics topic into a Year 8 revision lesson, while a startup explainer makes gamification, thirteen million users, and a $22 million funding round the evidence that the product can compete with modern media for student attention.
Three videos display consumer invite rewards, but those in-app hearts do not prove a creator affiliate contract, so all fourteen creator relationships remain `unknown`. Three candidates were excluded because they covered a different Gizmo interactive-creation app or an unrelated general AI assistant, and three exact tutorial duplicates were reduced to one copy each.
This is an initial sample, not a census of Gizmo's creator system.
