This 121-account, 129-video three-round sample shows a deliberately layered social system. Anthropic's disclosed paid cohort behaves like a faculty, not a celebrity roster: eight sponsored YouTube creators each publish a real coding, Cowork, productivity, or marketing workflow and each carries a creator-specific `clau.de/` path; an Instagram placement adds a ninth paid account-level relationship.
Around that bought instruction sits a much larger school the brand does not publicly claim: dedicated Claude and general AI educators publish crash courses, Skills/MCP lists, tool comparisons, and “replace my stack” builds because the product creates an endless curriculum.
Public relationship evidence resolves 16 accounts—11 paid, 4 program, and 1 affiliate—while 105 remain `unknown`, not `organic`; separately, 17 accounts enter the unified `Ambassador` cohort through dedicated feed behaviour. Claude Community adds a third layer: its public Ambassador program explicitly offers event sponsorship, credits, content, swag, and promotion but says it does not directly pay ambassadors; the sampled community chapter then turns ambassador demos into durable, searchable workshops.
The sample's strongest repeated lesson is that Claude is rarely sold with a generic capability claim. It is sold as an operating method—better context, explicit plans, tools, separate reviewers, and executable verification—while head-to-head creators position it as the thoughtful writing/coding specialist beside ChatGPT's broader toolbox.
This is a traceable sample, not a census of every Anthropic relationship.
