The 333-post audited sample shows two creator systems running at very different scales. The broad layer is the Pioneer/template loop: TikTok reports 12.9M `#capcutpioneer` posts, and dedicated accounts repeatedly turn a finished AI effect into a copy-link, reopen-profile, use-template ritual.
The narrower launch layer recruits AI-workflow educators to publish strikingly synchronized Seedance, Video Studio, Design Studio and Dreamina demonstrations: price the old production bottleneck, generate the campaign or film inside CapCut, prove revisions on the editable canvas, then route viewers through a tracked link or comment keyword.
Instagram supplies the clearest payment evidence—Meta's latest 28-day disclosure window returned 13 CapCut paid-partnership posts, and six Meta-disclosed AI-scope creators plus one separate `#ad` creator survive the exact filter—while the wider sample remains evidence-conservative: 109 posts map to a public creator program, but program membership or free credits do not prove payment.
Across 59 TikToks, 80 Instagram posts and 194 YouTube videos, 333 of 333 retained posts were reviewed from complete transcripts and ordered frames; 65 of 246 creators qualify for the independently derived Ambassador cohort. This is a reproducible AI-feature sample, not a census of ordinary CapCut editing content.
